Our innovative Memory Support Program is designed to increase and stimulate cognitive functioning through individually tailored support. Along with education and support for carers and family members, the aim of the program is to improve the well-being of people with dementia, acquired brain injury and those recovering from strokes or memory disorders.
Host Family Placement
Our host family placement program provides supported accommodation for people needing to access short-term, long-term, or emergency respite. Also known as short-term accommodation or alternative family living, placement with one of our experienced Host Families allows children and adults with a disability to receive temporary support and accommodation away from home in a safe and nurturing environment.
Supported Independent Living – (SIL)
Our host family placement program provides supported accommodation for people needing to access short-term, long-term, or emergency respite.
