Recreational Camps/Programs
Cruisability
Carers Link’s camp programs are popular programs run over the school holidays for youths with disability, designed to provide a fun, safe camp experience with nurturing quality support. Our camps offer new experiences and great activities to encourage participants to build social skills and confidence.
Workability
Our Workability Programs aims to support people with disability to identify and achieve their training and employment goals. By working with industry and training partners, Carers Link can assist participants to reach their economic potential—and encourage positive and meaningful outcomes for businesses and individuals..
Memory Café
Our Memory Café is a social gathering place for persons with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, early Alzheimer’s, or other dementia and their family and friends. Café catch ups are once a month in a relaxed environment to visit, share common interests, and enjoy refreshments.
Community Linker Support
Our community Linker & NDIS Coordinator contact will work with you and your family to source pathways and programs to access inclusion within the community & to support you to fulfill your goals, hopes and dreams.
We can assist you to:
- Provide you with further information about Carers Link programs & registration information
- Find ways to be a part of your local community
- Set goals and plan for your future
- Build confidence to achieve your dreams
- Develop you existing support networks and create new network
